Incoming message appears on the screen with audible or vibration alert. Every message has an ID and time stamp displayed in small text on screen.            Worker scrolls MENU and selects response and presses PTT to send.

If accepted as a RUSH, a smaller text ACTIVE flashes on screen, two blinks per second.  If worker selected QUED the message stays on screen. The worker can also scroll up and down to view other messages.

Any message on screen can be acted upon through the MENU button.

QUICK ACK
We suggest holding the * key for three seconds to send an ACK bypassing the PPT. Radio will beep or vibrate to notify msg sent.

To send a message the worker uses the menu button to select "message" which opens a choice screen. The worker makes a choice and sends a canned or free form message.

When the scroll option is selected the worker uses the up/down buttons to scroll through and select a stored message. The next button offers a choice to either of two work completed message or a canned reply.There should also be a "delete" stored messages option all or selected,
